| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | The physician holds a current registration and may practice in Texas. The registration renews every two years. Physician Renewal |
| Delinquent | The registration has expired and has not been renewed. After a 30-day grace period, a $75 penalty applies, and $150 after 90 days. Physician Renewal |
